We offer professional puppy training services, in and around Essex, designed to support new families in welcoming their puppy into the home and building a solid foundation for lifelong good behaviour. Our programs focus on essential early skills such as basic obedience commands, house training, socialisation, and developing good manners. We also include gentle desensitisation techniques to help puppies become comfortable with new sights, sounds, and experiences in a calm, positive way, setting them up for confidence and success throughout their lives.

Free, No Obligation Initial Assessment
We offer a free meet and greet session before any formal assessment or training begins. This initial meeting gives us a chance to get to know you and your puppy in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. It also gives us a chance to discuss your goals, any concerns, your puppy's history if they have already arrived, or the upcoming arrival if the puppy is yet to join you. We are happy to conduct this meeting and, if needed, the initial assessment before your puppy arrives, allowing us to tailor the training approach from the very start.
This early communication helps us create a bespoke training plan perfectly suited to your household dynamics and lifestyle. We believe that building this rapport and clear communication from the start sets the foundation for a successful and enjoyable training journey.

- Post-Session Check-In: A 15-minute video call to review progress and answer any post-training questions.
- 10% Off Future Sessions: The discount applies to the first follow-up session bundle (1, 3 or 5 sessions) purchased after the initial package.
- WhatsApp Support: Unlimited messaging support for 2 weeks after each session. If follow-up sessions are booked, support continues. We aim for a response time of within 3 hours.
- Essential Training Kit: Includes a clicker, training pouch, premium treats, and other tools to make training easier and more effective.

- Mileage: Charged at £0.50 per mile.
